House of Maria began with a simple desire to faithfully steward what had been placed in our hands. What started as a family dream has grown into something much greater than a business. It has become a place where opportunities are created, communities are served, and people are equipped.

The name House of Maria is a tribute to our mother, Maria, whose life of faith, generosity, and love continues to shape who we are. More than a name, it reminds us that a house is meant to be a place of welcome—a place where people feel valued, encouraged, and at home.

From the very beginning, we believed that business could be more than buying and selling. We believed it could create opportunities for others, strengthen relationships, and become a practical expression of serving our communities.

As House of Maria has grown, so has our understanding of what we have been entrusted with. Every relationship, resource, opportunity, and responsibility is something to be managed faithfully. This conviction shapes every decision we make and every new venture we pursue.

Today, our work is expressed through three commitments.

Create Opportunities

We build businesses and initiatives that create opportunities for others. We seek to provide meaningful employment, create space for local makers, entrepreneurs, and vulnerable members of our community, and develop sustainable ventures that support Kingdom purposes.

Serve Communities

We believe stronger communities are built when people faithfully serve one another. We work alongside churches, Christian ministries, NGOs, businesses, and community organisations to meet practical needs and contribute to the wellbeing of our communities.

Equip

We believe knowledge, wisdom, and experience are gifts to be shared. Through resources, conversations, storytelling, and initiatives, we seek to equip people to grow in faith, stewardship, leadership, and purpose.

While the ways we serve will continue to grow and evolve, our commitment remains the same: to faithfully steward what has been entrusted to us by creating opportunities, serving communities, and equipping people.
